Online Prayer List

When Prayers are Needed
Grace maintains an online prayer list, compiled by Anne Kundtz, Marty Steyer, and Theresa Torseth with technical assistance from Patty Molloy. In addition to sharing the prayer requests which have been submitted, they thoughtfully add words from poems, scripture, and spiritually inspiring prose.
If you would like to request prayers for you or someone you know, please send a request to prayerlist@gracehere.org.
If you would like to receive a twice-weekly prayer list email, click here to sign up.
In general, requests received by Tuesday will be published on Wednesday and requests received by Friday will be published on Saturday.
We encourage you to keep your request brief, no more than four sentences. We will include your full name as the person requesting prayers. We welcome requests for people both in and outside the Grace community. If requesting prayers for a person or persons other than yourself, please ask them for permission to add them to the prayer list.
If you prefer, you may email the Grace Office, our contact our Interim Rector, Stephen Crippen, at (206) 842-9997. Stephen leads 24/7 on-call priest coverage for pastoral emergencies.
First names on the Grace online prayer list are also read aloud during Prayers of the People at both Sunday services. Again, if you are requesting prayers for someone else, please ask them personally if they would like to be added to the Grace Prayer List before submitting your request.
For Confidential Prayers: Do you have a prayer request, but prefer to keep it confidential? The Pastoral Care Leadership Team begins their monthly meetings with prayers for those who want to be remembered privately by a smaller group. The group will also keep you in their personal prayers for as long as you wish. If you are interested in confidential prayer, please contact Stephen, or any of the lay people on the Pastoral Care Team.
